Important Announcement: Westports Security System (WSS) Enhancement

Dear Valued Customers,

Please be informed that the Westports Security System (WSS) enhanced with new features and process improvements, effective 29 June 2026.

The key enhancements include:

- Mandatory online payment for applicable transactions

- Mandatory update of Company Tax Identification Number (TIN) prior to any application or request submission

- Online renewal functionality

- Additional enhancements to the Port Pass system to improve operational efficiency and user experience


All port users and company administrators are strongly encouraged to review these enhancements and ensure compliance with the revised processes and requirements.

The official Memo and User Guide are available via the “View User Guide” button on the login page for your reference in WSS system.
